For hygiene and safety reasons, body jewelry is generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions, sizing details, and photos carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If an item qualifies under the damaged or incorrect item policy, a replacement may be issued.


Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
